The deliverable is the same written Blueprint a corporate buyer would receive.What if we want to start small and expand later?
The AI Compass is the small starting point: 3 hours, £495, orientation only. It produces a structured assessment but not a full Blueprint. If you want to expand into a Blueprint Day later, the £495 is creditable. You can also start with a Blueprint Day and decide afterwards whether to implement.Do you work remotely if onsite is harder to arrange?
Yes. Remote Blueprint Days work well for most clients and produce the same deliverable. Onsite is the default because face-to-face audits tend to produce sharper output, but it is not required.
