MoonBoots Consultancy is based in Wymondham, fifteen minutes down the A11 from Norwich. We work with Norwich businesses on practical AI strategy, custom agent development, and integrated digital platforms. We are not a Norwich consultancy and we will not pretend to be one. We are an East Anglian consultancy that is close enough to Norwich to be useful in person when it matters, and far enough from London to charge fairly.

Every engagement starts with a Blueprint Day. One day at your premises in Norwich, a full audit of your business, your technology, your sales process, and your team workflows. You receive a written AI Blueprint within 10 working days: a prioritised, costed, phased plan covering exactly what to build, in what order, and why. The Blueprint is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed.
Blueprint Day is £1,495. If you go ahead with implementation within 60 days, the full fee is credited against your first invoice. We do not charge for travel to Norwich.
